This study investigated the role of BRAF mutation analysis in thyroid fine-needle aspiration (FNA) samples compared to ultrasonographic and cytological diagnoses. A total 316 patients underwent ultrasonography (US)-guided FNA with BRAFV600E mutation analysis to diagnose thyroid nodules.
