Primary malignant melanoma of the lung is an extremely rare pulmonary carcinoma. Only 45 cases have been reported in the literature. Herein, we report a case of a 46-year-old male patient with an O Rh negative blood type who presented with pulmonary bronchial symptoms and underwent lobectomy.
