Neuroblastoma is the third most common childhood cancer after leukemias and cancer of the central nervous system. Long noncoding RNA MEG3 polymorphisms have been shown to confer cancer susceptibility; however, their roles in the genetic predisposition to neuroblastoma remain unclarified.
