The majority of patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) harbor JAK2, CALR, or MPL mutations. We compared clinical manifestations of different subtypes of JAK2 and CALR mutations in Japanese patients with MPNs.
