Purpose: Immunotherapy targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway has changed the treatment landscape of non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). We demonstrated that HHLA2, a newly identified immune inhibitory molecule, was widely expressed in NSCLC.
