The 2016 revised WHO criteria for the diagnosis of pre-fibrotic/early primary myelofibrosis (pre-PMF) require at least one of the following four borderline expressed minor clinical criteria: anemia, leukocytosis, elevated lactate dehydrogenase and splenomegaly.
