Due to the invasiveness nature of tissue biopsy, it is common that investigators cannot collect sufficient normal controls for comparison with diseased samples. We developed a pathway enrichment tool, DRFunc, to detect significantly disease-disrupted pathways by incorporating normal controls from other experiments.
