Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer. Epideral growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) are the most important treatments currently for advanced NSCLC patients harboring activating EGFR gene mutations, and achieve significant clinical efficacy.
