INTRODUCTION: The combination of daclatasvir (DCV, pan-genotypic NS5A inhibitor) plus asunaprevir (ASV; NS3 protease inhibitor) is approved in Japan, Korea and other countries for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype (GT)-1.
