OPINION STATEMENT: Cutaneous T cell lymphomas (CTCLs) are non-Hodgkin lymphomas of skin homing T cells. Although early-stage disease may be limited to the skin, tumor cells in later stage disease can populate the blood, the lymph nodes, and the visceral organs.
