OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical, laboratory characteristics and PIG-A gene mutations in patients of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) with PNH clones. METHODS: 218 MDS patients diagnosed from August 2013 to August 2015 were analyzed.
