We previously developed a "cage"-like nano-formulation (nanozyme) for copper/Zinc superoxide dismutase (SOD1) by polyion condensation with a conventional block copolymer poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(L-lysine) (PEG-PLL) followed by chemical cross-linking.
