PURPOSE: Treatment options for chronic-phase chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) based on medication-resistant mutations in BCR-ABL are reviewed. SUMMARY: Imatinib, nilotinib, and dasatinib are first-line therapies for chronic-phase CML.
