Atypical chronic myeloid leukemia, BCR-ABL1-negative, (aCML) is a rare myeloid neoplasm. Recent adult data suggest the leukemic cells in a subset of patients are dependent on JAK/STAT signaling and harbor CSF3R-activating mutations.
