Bacterial coenzyme B12-dependent 2-hydroxyisobutyryl-CoA mutase (HCM) is a radical enzyme catalyzing the stereospecific interconversion of (S)-3-hydroxybutyryl- and 2-hydroxyisobutyryl-CoA.
