OBJECTIVE: To analyze the character of drug-resistance gene mutation for patients with chronic hepatitis B in Shenzhen. METHODS: 2465 clinical cases with chronic hepatitis B were analyzed for gene mutation with MALDI-TOF-MS in order to know about the epidemiology of HBV drug resistance and its clinical significance.
