ANKRD26-related thrombocytopenia (ANKRD26-RT) is an autosomal-dominant thrombocytopenia caused by mutations in the 5'UTR of the ANKRD26 gene. ANKRD26-RT is characterised by dysmegakaryopoiesis and an increased risk of leukaemia.
