We applied modern molecular and functional imaging to the pretreatment assessment of lung cancer using combined dynamic contrast-enhanced computed tomography (DCE-CT) and (18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography ((18)F-FDG-PET) to phenotype tumors.
