Nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) presenting with miliary intrapulmonary carcinomatosis (MIPC) is rare. We investigated the clinical characteristics and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation rate of NSCLC patients with MIPC at initial diagnosis.
