CONTEXT: Cyclizine, an antihistaminic antiemetic, is commonly used in palliative care. Its pharmacokinetics have been poorly studied, and its metabolic pathway is unknown but may involve the genetically controlled cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6).
