OBJECTIVE: To determine whether a mutation in the fibrillin 2 gene (FBN2) is associated with canine hip dysplasia (CHD) and osteoarthritis in dogs. ANIMALS: 1,551 dogs. Procedures-Hip conformation was measured radiographically.
