OBJECTIVE: To analyze host genetic factors immunoglobulin G Fc receptors (FcgammaRs) and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class II in GBS patients. METHODS: FcgammaRIIA, IIIA and IIIB polymorphisms were studied in 80 each GBS patients and healthy controls by allele specific PCR.
