Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis analysis of chromosomal single and double restriction profiles of 17 strains belonging to three genera of 'Leuconostocaceae' was done, resulting in physical and genetic maps for three Fructobacillus, six Leuconostoc and four Weissella strains.
