The CMT2B (Charcot-Marie-Tooth type 2B) disease is an autosomal dominant axonal neuropathy. Sensory loss, distal muscle weakness and wasting, frequent foot ulcers and amputations of the toes due to frequent infections characterize this neuropathy.
