Pyloric-gland type adenoma of the gallbladder is formed by proliferation of glands resembling pyloric glands, morphologically. No previous report has described the cellular phenotype and differentiation of pyloric-gland type adenoma of the gallbladder, using CD10 as a marker of proper biliary phenotype.
