Dopa-responsive dystonia (DRD) causes dystonia-parkinsonism, which is abolished by levodopa. The authors assessed short intracortical inhibition and facilitation, silent period, blink reflex recovery cycle, and reciprocal inhibition in seven patients with DRD on and off treatment.
