The ability of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) chlorophyll biosynthetic mutants to regulate the expression of Lhc genes was analyzed by a microarray approach. The Lhc genes are located in the nucleus and encode chlorophyll a/b binding proteins of the light-harvesting complex.
