The major objective of the study was to explore the genomic diversity between Campylobacter jejuni (C.jejuni) from different sources as a tool for epidemiological considerations. Subtyping was performed using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and the enzyme used for cleavage was SmaI.
