Association of polymorphic markers G7831A of ACE gene, Lys198Asn of endothelin-1 (EDN1) gene, and 4a/4b of NOS3 gene with characteristics of structure and function of the left ventricle was studied in 70 (31 men and 39 women) natives of Yakutia with hypertension.
