Liver-intestine cadherin (LI-cadherin) is a recently identified member of the cadherin superfamily. We examined LI-cadherin expression in four human colorectal carcinoma cell lines and 45 human primary colorectal carcinomas using a monoclonal antibody against LI-cadherin.
