OBJECTIVES: To compare three methods for using HIV-1 genotype to predict antiretroviral drug susceptibility. METHODS: We applied three genotypic interpretation algorithms to 478 reverse transcriptase (RT) and 410 protease sequences for which phenotypic data were available.
