The coexistence of linear porokeratosis (LP) and disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) in a 3-year-old girl with a family history of DSAP is presented. Happle proposed loss of heterozygosity (LOH) to explain the origin of this unusual phenomenon.
