Multicentric Castleman's disease (MCD) is a rare disorder characterized by fever, polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia, and generalized lymphadenopathy. It has three histological characteristics: a recognizable architecture, germinal center abnormalities, and plasmacytosis.
