The ratio of micronucleus in the bone marrow cell of mice induced by manganese (Mn2+, MnCl2) through intraperitoneal injection at doses of 0, 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg respectively was investigated. The number of micronucleus cells per 1000 polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) from breast bone marrow was counted.
