Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) is a complex developmental disorder consisting of characteristic facial features, limb abnormalities, hirsutism, ophthalmologic involvement, gastroesophageal dysfunction, hearing loss, as well as growth and neurodevelopmental retardation.
