In this study, we analysed the distribution of beta tubulins to detect spindle and cytoplasmic microtubules, alpha acetylated tubulins for sperm microtubules and chromatin configuration in oocytes showing fertilization failure after conventional IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
