Per os administration of bromantan (2-[n-bromphenyl]-aminoadamantan) in doses of 40-50 mg/kg prevents the fixed posture reaction and reduces the level of defecation in Balb/c mice in the "open field" test and activates their behavior in the "elevated plus maze" test.
