Audit the context behind AMR discordance
Genotype-phenotype concordance check: place each resistance call beside the quantitative susceptibility result, drug, testing method, breakpoint version, and lineage. For discordant isolates, also report relevant assay conditions and whether the determinant is intact and expressed. Without that context, a marker error cannot be separated from a phenotype or interpretation effect.
