Can breakpoint changes reverse genotype–phenotype concordance?
When an antimicrobial-resistance genotype is labeled concordant or discordant, is the underlying susceptibility result reinterpreted under each breakpoint version? Please place the resistance call beside the MIC or zone diameter, drug, testing method, breakpoint standard and version, and lineage. This would distinguish genuine genotype failure from category changes caused by revised thresholds.
