<title>Abstract</title> <p>We examined the risk of subsequent malignant neoplasms (SMNs) in 1720 patients with hematologic cancers given allogeneic hematopoietic grafts from 03/1998 to 08/2023 after nonmyeloablative conditioning regimens.
