<h4>Objectives: </h4> We aimed to evaluate the efficacy of GeneXpert MTB/RIF Ultra (Ultra) for the early diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis (TBM). <h4>Methods:</h4> Seventy-nine patients were analyzed.
