<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> <h4>Background</h4> Lipoprotein (a) [Lp(a)] is an apoB100-containing lipoprotein with high levels positively associated with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). Lp(a) levels are largely genetically determined.
