<title>Abstract</title> <p>Pig is a widely-used for biomedical studies and xenotransplantation, yet its immune cell heterogeneity remains poorly characterized. Here, we generate single-cell transcriptomes and chromatin maps for the Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) of two porcine breeds with distinct immune traits.
