Comparative transcriptome analysis revealed that dietary zymosan-A improved the immunity of Penaeus vannamei by regulating the TLR signaling pathway

2022-12-01

Abstract excerpt

Zymosan-A is a kind of beta-glucan that plays an important role in immune regulation in animals. The impact of dietary zymosan-A on the immune response in Penaeus vannamei was investigated using transcriptome analysis. P. vannamei were fed zymosan-A at doses of 0 mg·kg⁻¹ (Z0), 1 mg·kg⁻¹ (Z1), 5 mg·kg⁻¹ (Z5), 25 mg·kg⁻¹ (Z25), 125 mg·kg⁻¹ (Z125), and 625 mg·kg⁻¹ (Z625) in the diet, respectively. Compared with the c...
