Isolates of Fusarium oxysporum were obtained from the vascular tissue of Phaseolus spp. and characterized by pathogenicity, vegetative compatibility, restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs), and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analyses.
