<title>Abstract</title> <p>Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD) is a rare dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum, typically presenting as a hamartomatous lesion in the posterior fossa. <italic>PTEN</italic> and the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway are involved in the pathogenesis of LDD.
