Edible plant glycolipids (GL) are anticipated to play a role in human nutrition. Total glycolipids (TGL) were separated from black cumin (Nigella sativa L.), coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) and niger (Guizotia abyssinica Cass.) seed oils by silica gel chromatography.
