Soybean (Glycine max L.) is one of the most important crops worldwide. In Korea, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. tracheiphilum, F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum, and F. solani f. sp. glycines have been known as causal pathogens of Fusarium wilt of soybean (KSPP 2009).
