Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is one of the most important vegetable crops in Gansu Province, China. In 2015, a disease survey was conducted in a 333-ha greenhouse pepper plantation in Baiyin City, Gansu Province. Pepper root rot was found in 10% of the 20 greenhouses surveyed, and disease incidence was over 20%.
