Pseudomonas guariconensis is a rare clinical isolate. This paper reports the first detection of a plasmid harboring carbapenem-resistant P. guariconensis strain, PM99, isolated from a patient admitted at Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital in Ethiopia.
